We are seeking a Concessions Supervisor to manage and schedule concession stand associates at the Historic Durham Bulls Stadium. This is a part-time, seasonal position with the season lasting from April 5th to September 3rd, 2018.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will...
  • Recruit nonprofit groups to work in concession stands and other areas of the ballpark
  • Develop and executes a successful nonprofit group program
  • Schedule, train, orientation and manage hourly concession stand associates
  • Calculates nonprofit group commissions.
  • Act as a liaison for management and associates
  • Address guest concerns and issues
  • Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Maintain inventory management and assist in ordering supplies as directed
  • Check all deliveries against invoice and ensure all supplies are delivered as listed
  • Maintain security as directed by the manager
  • Work on-site at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park - 409 Blackwell Street Durham, NC 27701
  • Attend paid training during the month of March 2018 (date TBD)

  • 1 year experience in recruiting associates
  • 1 year experience as a trainer
  • Prior experience in food service.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office program.
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Available to work all home games which includes holidays, evenings, and weekends
