Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an IT Service Desk Support II for a 6+ month contract assignment in Reno, NV with our partner, a company that has provided the state with safe, reliable energy for more than a century.


Job Description:
  • Provides personal computer hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting for internal customers.

Skills:
  • Experience in PC imaging and deployment on a refresh cycle.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Windows and Office Pro.

Physical Demands:
  • Employee is required to talk and hear, and use hands to finger keyboard, telephone, and handle other objects.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms.
  • Vision required for this job includes close vision (clear vision within 20 inches).

Additional Information:
  • This is a 6+ month contract position.
