Job Description

The Machine Operator will set-up, operate, and maintain at least 3 pieces of equipment to support the production process. Other position duties include:

  • Maintain all quality and production records including tooling calibrations and daily walk arounds, and assist with training as required.
  • Successfully complete classroom training and pass the certification requirements and exam to obtain Operator/Quality Stamp certificate.
  • Learn how to perform machine set-ups and wheel changes in assigned workstation within target set-up times.
  • Perform inspections on different parts and machinery.
  • Assist Engineering department with set-up reduction improvements and developing written procedures.
  • All other tasks as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • 3 years minimum of related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of math skills including division, decimals, and fractions; Knowledge of simple formulas, and interpreting charts, tables, and procedure manuals

Shifts Available:           2nd Shift:   3:00PM – 11:30PM

                                         3rd Shift:   11:30PM – 6:30AM

* Hired applicants must be able to train on 1st shift, 6:30AM – 3:00PM for first 12 weeks *

Pay Rate:          $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
