Job Description

Immediate long-term, possible temp-hire position available with local law firm.  Position will support the office with maintaining legal files, scanning and copying of files and serve as back-up receptionist as needed.

Hours: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday

Salary $11.00 - $12.00 per hour


  • Minimum one year of office, administrative or reception experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Legal industry experience or terminology helpful
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Position requires strong organizational skills
  • Must have ability to lift 25 lbs. to retrieve and move files when needed
  • This position does require all applicants to have a valid driver's license to travel between the local offices when needed.
