Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Document Scanner / Office Assistant to assist Accounting firm with maintaining files during tax season.

The hours will be 20 hours per week and will require ability to work 5 hours per day however you can choose your daily work hours between 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. 

Position will begin the first week in March 2018 and last through April 17th. 


  • Must enjoy working with paperwork all day or enjoy working on the computer performing repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm required
  • Position requires strong eye for detail and must have strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Scan documents based upon client specifications
  • Ensure scanned document images are captured and legible
  • Data entry
  • Prep documents for scanning
