Job Description

On behalf of Swing King, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking motivated, engaging, and friendly On-Course Contest Representatives. As an On-Course Contest Representative, you will work an average of 25-30 hours per week, engaging individuals and encouraging them to participate in a golf-based challenge with a grand prize of $10,000! The pay rate for this position is $13/hour, plus $1 for every guest you enter into the contest.

How the Contest Works:

Representatives offer golfers the option to participate in a $20 Hole-in-One contest on-course during play via an iPad. Those golfers who decide to participate will attempt to score a hole in 1, winning them $10,000! Even if they don’t get a hole in one, they can still win $100, or their entry fee back!

Job Duties:

As an On-Course Contest Representative, you will be located on a Golf Course in Aurora, IL at an assigned hole. You will engage customers in a friendly manner in order to drive contest participation. You will be responsible for handling cash and representing Swing King in a professional manner. If you enjoy working outdoors in a leisurely and fun environment, this may be the job for you!

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Motivated and driven to engage customers and sell the contest
  • Flexible schedule and weekend availability; Ability to work weekends is required
  • Knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette
  • Comfortable and reliable handling cash

Physical Requirements:
  • Exert up to 30 lbs. of force
  • Ability and willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift
  • Ability an willingness to be located outside on the course during the entirety of your shift
