On behalf of a St. Paul based market research firm, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced part-time Outbound Call Center Data Collectors in Saint Paul, MN.

This market research firm provides qualitative and quantitative research for companies across the country - specifically phone/online/mail surveys, in depth interviews, and focus groups.  The call center offers a fast-paced professional environment with a strong commitment to quality and service to our clients.

As an Outbound Call Center Data Collector, you will be responsible for conducting surveys over the telephone with individuals throughout the country and collecting the data. The ideal candidate must have phone experience, preferably outbound, a pleasant phone manner, detail oriented, comfortable with computers, honest, and reliable.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Call and engage respondents
  • Read survey questions verbatim
  • Record responses verbatim
  • Track phone calls
  • Strive to maintain daily productivity quotas
  • Provide support and assistance with other projects if needed

  • Experience working with a script
  • Outbound phone experience is a plus
  • Great phone presence
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Keyboarding / typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Additional Information:
  • Candidates should be available to work the following shift schedule:
    • Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 9 pm
  • This position pays $12.50 / hour.
  • This position is scheduled to last  4 - 5 weeks. Strong performers may be offered additional work.
