Job Description

On behalf of McLaurin Parking, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to serve as Part-Time/ Seasonal Parking Attendant at Special Events around the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, NC area). Some of the events include UNC Football/Basketball/Orientation, NCSU Football, NC State Fair and more.

If you are looking for a job that has a flexible schedule (day, evening and weekend hours available) and one that puts you in the middle of all the excitement; you have found the right place!


As a Parking Attendant, you will
  • Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas
  • Monitor parking lots for capacity
  • Screen parking lots for permits

Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to follow verbal/written directions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be dependable
  • Must be able to stand for long period of time (6-8 hours)
  • Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation (most of our events are in the Chapel Hill area)
  • Clean criminal background. No felony charges, no more than 3 misdemeanors and no assault convictions in the last 7 years.
