Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Part Time HR Coordinator to work onsite at a national strategic account in Raleigh, NC. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of a strong, long-term client partnership, facilitating an array of HR services to a contingent workforce nationwide.  This position reports directly to the Headway Account Manager.

Core Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide Human Resources support to include recruitment, payroll, and employee relations for a nationwide contingent workforce 
  • Establish positive working relationships with members of Client management and contract employees
  • Adhere to co-employment guidelines

Qualified candidates must possess the following:
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated professional who excels at multi-tasking, takes initiative, and is extremely detail-oriented
  • 3 years of HR generalist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success with professional writing and verbal communication
  • Excels with providing superior customer service 
  • Able to quickly learn systems and protocols
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and on a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from 4 year college or university
