Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a candidate who thrives in working in a fast pace environment and is looking to gain additional office experience.

This position will support the service department of automotive industry with answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, scanning and data entry duties. Wonderful office career start.  Company will offer training to also assist with processing title and warranty paperwork.

Hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and will require working some Saturdays.  When you work Saturday you will be given one day off during the week.

  • Minimum one year customer service experience required
  • Previous experience answering multi-line phone system desired
  • Proven experience working in fast pace multi-tasking environment
  • Prior experience working for a dealership or in the automotive industry helpful

Salary $11.00 / hour
