Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday

Salary $14.00 per hour + Excellent Benefit Package offered upon Permanent Hire!

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Retrieve emails and faxes
  • Follow-up on emails and phone calls
  • Data entry
  • Administrative support to 4 engineers
  • Assist with technical typing utilizing Microsoft Word

  • Minimum 2-4 years Administrative experience REQUIRED
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a busy small office required
