Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Service Center Representative for a contract opportunity in Seven Hills, OH. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions, and services in the field of energy technology.


As a Portuguese -Speaking Service Center Assistant, you will:
  • Expedite the claims application process; to ensure correct case assignment; and to act as a customer liaison in assisting the customer with the correct contact person to resolve problems and/or questions.
  • Act as a primary liaison with customer in solving problems related to the application process and service.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the customer by telephone and/or written correspondence regarding all aspects of claims process.
  • Educate and inform the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system about the documentation required to process a claim, required time frames, payment information and claim status.
  • Enter verbal and written application information that meets both the internal and external customer's requirements accurately into the claims management system.
  • Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler.
  • Direct customer calls to the correct person at all locations.
  • Participate in and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Be knowledgeable in disability plan eligibility, coverage and benefits
  • Have good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Be PC literate, including Microsoft Office product
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment, and meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:
  • *PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE SKILLS REQUIRED*
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One (1) year customer service experience required; preferably in an inbound call center.
  • Must be located in Seven Hills, OH office (this position is not available for telecommute)
  • *DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED*

Additional Information:
  • This is a contract to permanent opportunity
  • This is a 40 hours per week
  • Call Center Hours of Operation: 8 am -8 pm; Monday – Friday
  • Shift start time is between 10:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Inbound call center for car rental, retail and travel calls
  • Position does not require weekend work, but may require holiday hours
  • Pay rate is $15.00/hr
