Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support our Recruiters through candidate sourcing and screening. This position is temp-to-hire. This position pays $12-14 per hour based on experience.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will assist in the development of innovative sourcing strategies that support various project goals. We want you to play the role of detective in supporting Headway's Recruiters; this means using a diverse set of tools and resources to uncover the best talent. You will help fulfill short-term recruitment priorities and build strategic long-term networks.

Additionally, we expect you to….
  • Source for various positions and find the best fit candidate for the role
  • Post jobs on job boards
  • Report on all recruitment advertising

We're looking for a creative thinker who enjoys researching problems and discovering solutions. You don't need previous recruiting/sourcing experience to qualify for this opportunity (though it's definitely a plus) but you do have to be comfortable and competent with internet research.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from 4-year college or university. English fluency required.
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment
  • Excellent internet research skills and follow up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office products
  • Ability to learn new software and programs
  • Positive attitude, upbeat personality and willingness to learn new things is a must.
