In partnership with an industry-leading energy corporation, Headway Workforce Solutions is now screening applicants for temp-to-hire Technician positions in the Carson, CA area.

Job Description

Technician positions are general warehouse positions where individuals will be trained and demonstrated the specific duties for the role. Specific roles vary upon on department. Major responsibilities in all department roles include:

  • Participate with production teams to resolve any operation, production, or shipping issues.
  • Ensure all products are completed with high-quality standards.
  • Complete routine machinery inspections for a safe and smooth work environment.
  • Show usage of good communication with supervisor, crew leader, and other coworkers.
  • Perform other tasks as needed in support of manufacturing operations, customers, and suppliers.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to stand 70% of the work day.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and move up to 35lbs.
  • Warehouse/Forklift and safety knowledge experience preferred

Hours:                     First Shift (4:00AM – 2:00PM)
Second Shift (4:00PM – 2:00AM)
Mandatory OT on Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate:          $12.50 - $14.00 / hourly (depending on experience)
